Chametz Sale Authorization Form
Chametz Sale Times
Rabbi Poupko or Rabbi Friedman will be available to arrange for the sale of your Chametz at the following times:
(1) Weekday mornings after Shacharit - Thursday, April 18 & Friday April 19
(2) Tuesday nights, April 9th before and after the Pesach class & April 16th, from 7-8:30 pm in the shul office
(3) By special appointment with Rabbi Poupko or Rabbi Friedman
You can also pick up the form at the shul during office hours (office phone: 212-222-2470, email) and the form will be available to fill out in person with Rabbi Poupko in the Shul office at the above specified times.
If you cannot fill out the form in person with Rabbi Poupko please contact him to make other arrangements at rabbipoupko@gmail.com
