Ramath Orah is a warm and inviting community. Come get to know us better through home hospitality! If you would like to be set up with a Ramath Orah member for a Shabbat or holiday meal, please. contact us via email, or simply ask the Rabbi in shul, and we would be happy to connect you.

Do you love to host Shabbat meals? Are you interested in meeting new people, visitors, or prospective members of Ramath Orah? Or are you just looking for a way to help out and enhance our community? Then the Ramath Orah Hosting Listserve is for you!
The purpose of the Ramath Orah Hospitality Network is to set up new members, prospective members, and visiting guests of our community with warm and inviting Shabbat meals at members' homes. This is a wonderful way to ensure that everyone feels welcomed in our shul.
Please sign up for the listserve by sending an email to metu@ramathorah.org, indicating in the headline "Subscribe to the Listserve." Please also include your full name. There is no commitment with signing up for the hosting listserve. We send out periodic e-mails when we have a hosting request. If the timing is convenient for you, you can then respond and volunteer.
Meals Delivery
If you recently had an event--such as a pregnancy, surgery, or other emergency event--and need help with meals, please contact our shul office and individuals in the community will volunteer to bring you home-cooked meals.
Also, when you are able, please volunteer to bring these meals to others.
