About Yeshivat Maale Gilboa:
Yeshivat Maale Gilboa is a post-high school shiluv Yeshiva committed to educating a generation of young scholars who relate to a pluralistic and democratic Israeli society. The Yeshiva's diverse group of educators emphasize a commitment to rigorous Torah study, intellectual openness, and social consciousness.
Based on the belief that Talmidei Chachamim have a responsibility to contribute in all branches of society, the teachers at Maale Gilboa have created a broad program that addresses the needs of the contemporary student. As a shiluv Yeshiva, Maale Gilboa is dedicated to full involvement in modern Israeli life, and therefore obligates its Israeli students to serve a full 3-year tour of military service.
The three main messages of Yeshivat Maale Gilboa are
- Openness to various methods of Torah study including techniques and ideas from the academic world.
- Integration of the analytic and spiritual sides of Judaism and Torah study.
- Sensitivity to the current issues of Am Yisrael and the State of Israel.
About Midreshet Ein Hanatziv:
Midreshet Ein HaNatziv is the pioneer of midrashot dedicated to study of Torah for women in Israel and has been active for more than thirty years in the beautiful surroundings of the Valley of Springs.
The head of the Midrasha is Rabanit Dr. Esther Fisher. Rosh Beit Midrash - Rabanit Rachel Keren.
Midreshet Ein HaNatziv combines in a unique way commitment to Halakha, women's empowerment, Jewish renewal and intellectual openness, which are reflected in an ebullient and lively Beit Midrash, where women of various ages study and are active in a variety of study programs.
About 70 students are enrolled each year in the Beit Midrash and take an intensive study program in an intimate atmosphere that provides each student with personal attention along progress in studies.
