Dr. Dror Bondi will be joining us as our scholar-in-residence for Shabbat July 7-8.

Dr. Dror Bondi's scholarship has focused on Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel’s thought.  He has translated several of Rabbi Heschel's books into Hebrew.  Using previously undiscovered unpublished manuscripts, he pieced together much of the unfinished volume in Heschel's Torah Min HaShamayim and published his own edition, for which he won the HaPais Prize. Dr. Dror Bondi has a Ph.D. in Jewish Thought from Bar-Ilan University. He lives with his family in Jerusalem.
