On most Shabbatot we start our tefillot with the Torah service, proceed to mussaf, and then join the congregation upstairs for Ein Kelokeynu, Aleinu, and Adon Olam. We don't have a Shaharit service, so women can daven Shaharit in the main service upstairs before we begin at 9:50.
