Join us for a communal lunch on the second day of Rosh Hashanah, September 27th. RSVP by Wednesday September 21st at noon. Please use this form to reserve your place at the meal. Your response will not be transmitted until you submit your payment on the subsequent page. If you are logged in to your account, you will be given the option to add a bill to your account and then mail a check to the office. If you are not logged in to your account, you must pay by credit card in order to submit this form.
